"I Wish My Leader Knew..."

• Structure is VERY important for me. If we are working on a project don't stop me and say "Oh, I forgot we need to do "X". Let's finish that up and we'll come back to this in a few minutes." I can't make changes that quickly. I get confused and frustrated.  Alicia, 14
